BENCHPOINTTM ADDS INCREASED SPEED AND FUNCTIONALITY WITH SOFTWARE UPGRADE

BenchpointTM, the on-line measurement, surveying and benchmarking tool, has launched a new version of its analysis and reporting engine.

The upgrade includes a new data capture module, improved analysis, and a new generation of attractive graphics which communicate the findings quickly and simply.

Users can specify any answer condition and any combination of demographic slices, and carry out real-time data-mining on line.

The tool now runs even faster, allowing BenchpointTM to configure and launch a survey very quickly and to collect and analyse the results for review by the client as soon as a meaningful number of responses have been received.

In a recent survey for a UK management consultancy, BenchpointTM launched a survey four days after the decision to do a survey was taken in principle. It achieved a response rate of 35 per cent within 24 hours of launch, growing to over 75 per cent a day later.

Fully analysed results were available from the outset on BenchpointTM’s secure server which enabled the client’s management to view the results from any computer, anywhere, using an internet browser.

BenchpointTM can now launch a survey and deliver the results at a speed which is an order of magnitude faster than a paper survey, with minimal use of the client’s internal resources.
