A survey of the Institute's members to
guide the development team for a new website and online shop. | |

Octopus Investments | |
 | |
|
More than just an employee survey, this
poll enabled important decisions to be taken quickly with
the benefit of employee input. The client announced
operational changes just 5 days after the survey closed, and
immediately after a presentation of the results to all
employees.
For
management, this was a relatively low-cost
exercise, and was particularly economic of senior people's
time. It was also an excellent way of walking the talk and
demonstrating that HR policies regarding inclusivity,
development and teamwork were real.
The data provided a
dynamic tool for future goal setting and benchmarking.
Client reaction:
"I
found the team at Benchpoint flexible, responsive and user
friendly. Their software allows you to see the results in
any variation you want and there were clear learning points
for us to take on board. I would happily recommend them to
others."
_Simon Rogerson, chief executive

A multi-lingual survey of 20,000 users of the ISO's
web-based information and shopping services attracted a response rate of
over 25% in a very short period and provided key indicators for future
website design and development.
Client Reaction: "The survey attracted a response rate of over 20
per cent, and the results will help us on the re-design of our Web sites
and on the design of new services to support interaction with users. We
highly appreciated the effort put into the project by the Benchpoint
team and we are satisfied with the results."
