| | About Benchpoint Benchpoint was originated by a team of consultants in various disciplines who sought a better way of measuring the Outcome rather than the Output of their work.
They also realised that their clients were spending too much time taking decisions, often because of uncertainty or lack of meaningful data about employee or customer attitudes.
Clients kept on repeating the mantra “You can’t manage it if you don't measure it”, and banging on about “SMART* objectives”, but not putting their words into action.
So we created a system to measure all the intangibles which define competitive advantage and success in any organisation. Quickly, and without undue cost.
We are committed to rigour, excellence and to remaining ahead of our competitors.
